Abstract Submission
Two-page abstracts presenting original work are solicited.
Please submit your PDF, DOC or DOCX abstract before the deadline to itc_admin@surrey.ac.uk using the template provided.
Student registration fee waiver
(does not apply to late news submissions)
Through the support of EPSRC project EP/V002759/1 “ALPACA”, the ITC 2022 Organising Committee is pleased to reward the best student contributions by waiving the conference registration fee. This opportunity is available for all original student-led submissions and applies to both on-line and in-person registration.
Students wishing to be considered for this award should fill in the application form fully and submit it at the same time as the conference abstract to itc_admin@surrey.ac.uk. Papers will be judged solely on the merit of the submitted abstract by the local committee. Only one student award can be made per submitted abstract.
Forms received after the abstract submission deadline will not be considered and the award will be announced prior to the opening of the registration website. Students in receipt of the award will then be able to register for the conference at no cost.
Personal data such as registration card photos will only be used for the purpose of this competition and will be deleted three months after the conference.
